Hello!! Thanks so much for your kind words and support . I would trade all that weight for the loose skin that I have now 100 times over and over again!! I do have some extra skin, and I really think everyone is different because I thought mine would be much worse! However, I exercise (strength train) and lost my weight slowly so I know that this helped my skin bounce back! My worst spot is my belly.. I posted a picture awhile back maybe if you look back you can find it!! 😃

Your points are calculated based upon your weight. I get 29 points right now and I weigh 159. When I started I weighed 288 and I got 49 points a day. A plateau is when you have been stuck at a certain weight for a long period of time.. You would know if you feel like your working hard and getting no results.. But
Also realize that results are more than a number on the scale! Are clothes fitting differently, can you do more sit ups and crunches than before, is your stamina for cardio improving?? If so then your gaining muscle and although your weight isn’t changing your body is! Don’t focus so much on the number.

I think the eating clean is essential for weight loss and adding any type of exercise to healthy eating can help the process!
