Anonymous asked: Hello. Do you have more energy since you lose weight? And do people changed ( their behavior with you) now that you are not overweight anymore? Congrats on the loss weight :)

I do have more energy!! I don’t feel sluggish, and my mind feels clear if that even makes sense.. and YES! It angers me to see how differently some people treat me… The biggest thing is the general public.. People I pass by in stores or see in restaurants, they don’t seem to stare like they used to. But everyone from waiter/waitresses, to my own boss treat me differently… I have commented on this before because it irritates me. I am the SAME person, so I don’t see why I get treated better now.. Some people ask me if maybe I just feel like I get treated better because I’m not so embarrassed, but I KNOW that isn’t the case.

Anonymous asked: congrats on your amazing weight loss! i'm about 230 now (and going down). if this isn't to odd to answer, how did you find a man when you were heavier? i have no luck and no confidence and i'm so jealous that you found someone to love you at any weight.

When my husband and I met we were both in high school. Although I wasn’t “small” I certainly was not as large as I would end up being. When we started dating my guess is that I was somewhere around 200 lbs. I am SERIOUSLY lucky to have him in my life. He always supports me in whatever I do. He has loved me for who I am, not what I look like. He still to this day if asked, will tell me that although he sees a difference, it really does not matter to him that I lost so much weight, as long as I am healthy and happy. I never had confidence, I even hated when he would call me beautiful, I was so ashamed of what I looked like and I felt like it was a lie. Now that I feel better about myself, and his attitude towards me has not changed, I ‘ve realize that he really did think I was beautiful when I was bigger… Size DOES NOT matter, and it didn’t change anything for us. Just know that if you are interested in someone and they don’t return the interest because of your weight, then they don’t deserve you, and you deserve better. Don’t be afraid to be who you are… Because you need to show people that person and thats who they will fall in love with.

Anonymous asked: First, congratulations on such an amazing journey! When you started C25K, did you only do the workout 3 times per week? I really want to do more exercising than 30 minutes 3 times a week, but so many people say it's dangerous to be more aggressive than the program says. Thoughts?

I started working out with three days a week and gradually worked up to 5. listen to your body, if it tells you you can do more then you can. If you are sore and feel like you should take a break then take a break! Everyone is different and if you still are not sure what your body can take then consult a doctor.

heart-breakwarfare asked: You're so inspiring! Your 100lb difference things speak to me - they are all my life right now. My problem is starting and stopping trying to lose weight. I can never stick to anything. How did you start for good?

I was just sincerely sick and tired of starting over. Once I had some momentum going it got easier..
Tell yourself you will
Stick to the lifestyle for 30 days, and see how you feel.. If you give it
Your all, and you feel better, why would you stop?
