Thanks so much! I began working out just by walking on the treadmill. To get a more intense workout with hurting my knees I started using the incline feature which really gets your heart rate up. I would walk about 20 - 25 minutes at a 3.0 pace with an incline of 6-12. When it got too tough I would ease my pace or incline a bit and as soon as it got
Tough I would move it back up. I then began the couch to 5k app and that is how I started running! I personally do not have an issue with loose skin yet. I still have some weight to lose, and in sure there will be some damage to my skin. However, nothing significant at this point!
